This morning I transferred a Balance from Citi Dc to Barclay's Ring mastercard for dollar 400 to Barclay's ring mastercard How will this effect me, will Citi computer system pick up that I paid off the balance on the Citi mastercard from another card and in the future when I request a credit increase hold this action against me.
