ok so i know that CITI bank bought bestbuy cards. so i registerted last week and now i cant log on. it says i need to reegister again. the thing is i cant my card is at home and all i want is the address so i can pay the card. i called the phone number and the guy told me i need to re-register every time i want to log on. and i said i registered again and he said you need to do it everytime and i said no you only need to to do it once... again he repeated....all i am looking for is the payment address does any one have this?

I believe the reps are mis-informed as the new cards are not OFFICIALLY out to older users, it is believed we can't access our account so they are saying safe things.

Why do you want to mail a payment?

may be easier to just go into a store or call the new number

you still need a payment address for payments from bank accounts....
