can anyone give me a quick how to to redeem cash +. I'm not finding an option anywhere. website/mobile. looked for "rewards center". I'm not seeing anything to redeem cash back.
Sign onto website and click onthe menu tab, top left corner. Click transfer, transfer money, and then you'll see the rewards transfer. I set mine to transfer rewards automatically monthly into my US Bank checking. Hope this works.

Also, you can't redeem via USB app, has to be through their desktop website.

I go to "My Accounts", select the Cash+ account screen. In the Account Summary window for the account, 5th line down is "Rewards Balance" and next to that a click-through for "Rewards Details". Follow the link to Rewards Details and in that screen, for each rewards card, there is a blue button for "Redeem Rewards".
From there you can choose to directly send the funds to your credit card account, transfer it to a US Bank Checking account if you have one ( I no longer have a US Bank checking account ), or get a US Bank Rewards card.
You have one opportunity to redeem $100 from Cash+, and then you get an additional $25 rewards card on that redemption. From then on, it's straight cash amount back. I apply mine to my Cash+ account now, since I've already gotten the $25 rewards amounts.

Is that still the case? When the card started, you got $25 on every $100 redemption, then that nerfed to once a year and then just once. I thought later it just went away, (don't see it on the site) but maybe not.
Welp, I got mines, so I can't test or verify whether it still exists.
Would not surpise me if it went nerf.
