is there anyone who had cash plus rewards able to be redeemed notice your balance is zero. hoping this is temporary due to changes they were going to make. just wondering if it's happening to anyone else
For the US Bank Cash+?
Mine shows my current rewards balance. No issues on the website on my end.
I've never seen that happen.
Since US Bank tech is whatever Citi discards, I'd call them to make sure there isn't a problem.

@Remedios could you elaborate on what you meant by USB getting hand me downs? For real?
lol.
It's not for real, but if they did, it would be an improvement.
Don't want to stray away from the topic, but their tech is antiquated.
App is getting better, so hopefully they continue making improvements.
Just think about this, one of their selling points for AR is RTR...but good luck finding it!
Yep, I came in here to check this. My rewards balance is zero even though I've spent and I can't figure out where to find their 5%/2%/2% choices anymore - did they take it away? That's the reason I have the card, for many years now. Hoping they haven't removed the 5/2/2 rewards.

I've had RTR active on my AR for several years of course. Just recently activated the RTR on my two Cash+ cards. When you don't have RTR active, it's a big button in the center of the Rewards info page. Once you go through the steps to activate RTR on an account, that big button goes away to become a more general info item. That may be why you can't see "RTR" info on a card where it is already activated.

Hopefully, this was just a glitch for you. I was just able to login, get to my rewards, and redeem. I thought someone had posted that Cash Plus was moving to incremental redemptions. That didn't appear to be the case, but there does appear to be a $25.00 threshold for redemption. Thresholds can be annoying if you don't put much spend on a card, but IMHO, they're preferable to increments. Cash Plus is typically one of my most used cards, so the threshold isn't really an issue for my situation.

RTR on my Cash+ is set for $10. I have done two RTR on one of the Cash+ cards, for just over $25 and for $30. RTR would be a challenge to get exact rewards amount out, because the redeeming charge needs to be equal or less than the available cash rewards. But I'm not closing my Cash+ cards and keep earning more cash available, so am not too concerned about exactly zeroing that rewards balance.
