Sorry to hear, what were you given for reasons?
Debt to income was to high and which TU fico do they use they said it was 697?
49%
Well, I was declined on April 3rd, after applying in a US Bank. They gave me a $6500 CLI on a Cash Rewards Visa Platinum instead, and told me I should wait 4-5 months before asking to PC to the Cash+ card. They pulled Equifax of course, which was only 709 at the time. Well, you can see my entire credit journey in my signature, and see if you think your situation is better. I strongly suspect my short credit history was a problem in my case.
Since then I've applied for a Amex BCE which pulled TU and I was given $2000 CLI with best terms (12.99 APR). SO, I would definitely say that getting a Cash+ is rather difficult, at least in MY experience.
although i idnt get it. i am happy becasue 1. i got my TU FICO score 697 i had to call back just to ask again because i didnt think it was true. my highest score yet.!!!! 2. i would really like to pay down my UTL first before getting a new card and 3. i really would like an amex BCE/BCP. if i do the the amex bye bye BofA....
