the credit monitoring svc that discover offers thru experian, is it a true fico score? the guy at discover said it was, but i wanted to be 100%

where can i find out to be 100% sure, bc if its not then i'm going to cancel and it pees me off he told me it was fico not fako, its through my discover card, i got the info today

I don't think so. If you don't see the FICO seal logo in the promotion it is not a true FICO score. The only places I know of that you will receive a true FICO score is myfico.com, transunioncs.com and PFICO. Everything else is FAKO.

It's just like Credit Secure from Amex -- with less info. I decided to try it a few months ago and will be cancelling soon.

oh ok, well guess i will be calling and canceling, its kind of nice though they sent everything in a nice little pamplet with all my info, but if its not fico, not really interested
