how long to wait for BOA

I have 3 new cards 2 are 1 month old and 1 has not reported, others CC are 17mo to 7mo old ( new) and INQ: TU6 EQ6 EX2.

I did the pre-approval for BOA on thier site for cash rewars and it said pre-approved for the Cash rewards but I am leary becuase of the 3 new TL and number of inquiers.

Is my thinking correct to hold off and let these new TL get some age? I dont need any more credit, I am working to get my score to 700 by Dec 2013 getting closer and taking alot more caution lol!!
