I currently have 4, all opened in the last 4 months: Secured ($200), QS1 ($500), QS ($5,000), and Venture ($10,000). My understanding is you can only have 2 in a given "rank" of cards... e.g. rebuilding or higher cards. I have two of each category.

Read in the thread. It's 5 total not 4.  2 subprime. 3 prime. This is old thread.

during a recent online Chat session with a CapOne agent, he said you could have up to 5 cards with CapOne, haven't verified it, but the policy used to be 2 cards, I know you could have more if a card handled by a company they purchased was converted to a capone card, I had 4 cards that way,  my HSBC Sears and HSBC Best Buy cards were converted to CapOne, but I have since closed them both, so back down to 2 CapOne cards.

If you go to the application of the card you're trying for, scroll down to additional disclosures and it will say you're not eligible if you have x amount of cards. For the platinum and QS1 it says more than 2 I believe for the venture it said 5 last time I was looking at the app. Good luck!

Originally i had 4 plat mcs turned qs1's and a ventureone and qs visa sig. Closes one of the qs1's a year ago and have 3 subprime an 2 prime. Wish i woulda left it open an consolidated!
