keithc, I just dialed this HSBC # off the Backdoor #'s list HSBC: 866-719-3897 (Credit Analyst?), and it rang through, got answered by an automated system - one of the options on that should get you through to somebody.
What number did you try? Or did you not mean the number was actually dead....?
