I search through the internet and only see up to 12 months interest-free credit cards.
Just wonder is there any issuers offer up to 36 months free interest??

Welcome to myFICO.
I haven't seen anything for 36 months. The most I've read about lately is a Citi card for 21 months.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802, EQ - 10/10-813, TU - 10/10-774
"Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they've made a difference. The Marines don't have that problem".
Yeah, Citi has the best no-interest options right now. Never seen 36 months.

+1, have a Citi and lovin it.
I don't think you will ever find a company willing to extend terms like that again. It was amazing 3-5 years ago when companies would offer 0% for life on a balance transfer, but just don't see that happening anymore, unless a 7-10% fee upfront.
Penfed's promise card is offering the following: (not what your looking for but is interesting)
For a limited time, take advantage of our fee-free promotional balance transfer offer of 4.99% APR for the life of the balance on transfers made now through March 31, 2010. Apply now and save – hurry this offer ends soon!
