Much to my surprise, I couldn't believe when she said approved.

It says my limit is $500...anyone ever try to recon for a higher initial limit??

Thats significantly better CL than most have initially received if you look around on this site... there seem to be dozens that have received a slim 200 limit that has had a tendency not to grow with them..congrats

Can I ask where you got your EX score from? Did you get the EQ score from here?

Target reminds me of cap one. Low limits and never a CL. I got $500 in 2007 and even though we put 1k+ a year in the card (but pif) we have never recevied a single CLI

no lates, no nothing and no CLI.

CLI's seem to be rare, indeed. I guess I got lucky when I got an initial CL of $2,500 at the end of last year. I don't expect a CLI on that one.

Congrats on your Target card! I want one but am apprehensive to app. Do you have any baddies on your reports? What does your credit profile look like? I want to see if it's worth it for me to try.
