i had no problems getting my refi's taken care of. did the app over the phone, next day got a fed ex w/checks to pay off current lein holders and docs to sign and a fed-ex label to return them.

i think they are score driven, thier website gives a range. i didn't get thier lowest rate, but very close to it (6.99) w/only a 650ish eq.
