Wonder what's the lowest APR anybody has on Discover?

I'm at 11.24, which I've been okay with. But I've been wondering whether it might be worthwhile to ask for it to be even lower. This is the one card I do plan to keep a balance on pretty regularly.

this is the third one i have sucessfully requested; however the last on last apr lower it was automatic. 19.99 to 18.24 to 16.24 to 13.99(auto) to 9.99

the lady on the phone said that she has not seen an apr lower to this in awhile.
