not only could i not get a cli from walmart even though my score increase over 120 fico points 

one time .now guess what lol. my 6th statement cut today  on qs1 and no cli on credit steps !!!

I noticed in your sig line that all accounts are frozen , is that correct?  I say this because synchrony in particular will not grant any increases when your reports are on ice. I don't know any others that do this but I can tell you synchrony does.  I had all accounts locked (kinda of an error long story) and had to unlock to process a CLI request. 

Just a thought,  although when I got my denial letter it stated that in so many words.

They weren't froze when I was messing with Walmart. They have been froze a few week mainly because of too many inquiries I think I had a bad 150.00 account with Walmart back in 2019 when it was ge money back. They probably blacklisted me but that's OK I don't have any of their cards anymore.

The Cap One QuicksilverOne is automatic as long as you make timely payments.  I've never read on here of somebody not receiving it.  Were you late on a payment?

Cap-1 doesnt grant that steps CLI on statement cut day it is usually shortly afterwards, I didnt get mine until a week or so past 7th statement cut, this was back in 2010.
