I have a zales jewelers credit card issued by citibank. I opened the acct. in may 08. My credit limit is $3250.
I paid the balance off. I don't plan on using the zales account ever again. Does anyone know if they would close the zales account and maybe product switch or upgrade me to a visa/mastercard. I would hope to keep the age of the account from may 08 if possible. If anyone knows any way to go about doing this. Please provide phone #
