Was told to apply for the amount you want and if they feel your dti doesn't justify it they'll counter.
So don't ask for 5k. Ask for the maximum send in the documents they request and sit back and enjoy.
Um, not too sure what credit scores they like.
But no credit > average or bad credit.
At least that was the case for me.

What amount did you apply for??
I haven't remember im waiting to close on the house. But im thinking since no inq exists from them I can justify having one from them? So ill apply after the pull my ex scores. Ill apply for the maximum amount and let you know.
But when I applied originally I asked for 2k since that would have been my highest cl by 1500. Lol now im going to ask for 20k

@I think I might take a HP in January and ask for the 20K myself, @12K currently.

I think you should wait until you've had it for 6 months. They may tell you that but it may turn up a denial too.
Okay. Go for it who knows they might raise the limit. I think it's at 25k but dont qoute me.
