I don't have an AMEX card of any kind, but there are ppl on here who get approved for a charge card and app for a revolver IMMEDIATELY after an get approved again. So your app-ing a month or 2 later would look no worse IMO.

its been about two months now.
my scores are all above 700 now.

Another night wont help as the information usually takes some time (about 3-5 days IME) to reflect on you CR once the statement post.
Honestly, I would continue to garden, pay off any debt, and increase your AAOA more before applying as you do not seem too confident.
If you're seeking pro advice, please share scores, AAOA, UTL, baddies, etc. I'm sure someone would be more than happy to help.
