I've gotten offers with listed credit lines. Except the longer I let them sit, the lower the CL goes.

I'm waiting for my CSP offer CL to go to 0 lol.

Having the SL listed allows a person to determin whether to go for the offer or not. As to going in blind, and not getting what one had hoped.

Hey everyone, 

Logged into Chase this morning and see a "You're already approved for the Chase Sapphire Preferred for $22,000"

Is that a for sure thing? I just need to apply and that's it? 

I also have one that says the same thing for the Chase Freedom for $16,000. 

Not sure what to do? Haha. I don't really NEED or want those cards, but it's cool to see that I guess.
