It depends, some have been approved with mid- high 600's. even at 700- higher some can be declined- depends on your cr profile, util, inq's , baddies etc.

You have 2 TL's reporting which is fine in your case. What you should do now is work on those baddies.

If you can get them removed I would bet on 2 things

(1) your scores will soar

(2) when approved you would see higher limit cards

Ge cards are the cards ge finance like Walmart Paypal mastercard Banana republic,old navy etc.
