receving platinum rewardzone mastercards for reaching premier silver?

has anyone recently received a platinum rewardzone mastercard for reaching premier silver status? i hope they are not done with this.

Must be new - and rather dangerous, I reckon. 

This is my second year of Premier Silver, and I've never received a MasterCard for it.

sigh. i was told i could receive a new platinum mastercard account for using my gold rzmc for over 2500 in less than a year.

Call and ask them.  I wouldn't hold my breath though. Do you have this in writing or advertisement of any sort?  If you want the Platinum card bad enough, and use it alot, threaten to close. Maybe they will change their minds seeing that you use it alot.  I wouldn't think they would want to lose you while they transition out the HSBC portfolio?

Maybe someone else has more info on this one..........

YMMV but i seriously doubt this will happen. I had a platinum and a gold . I didnt use the plat for 4 months they closed it due to inactivity . The gold has an AF an CL of 750 i have put over 11k through the card this year and they wont even budge on the CL.  They dont care if you close it or not.
