You can try with EO.. it can't hurt. How long have you had the card? Ever have an auto CLI or were you in the credit steps program?

This is because Captial One soft pulls your credit every once in awhile. When you request a CLI, they use their most recent SP on file, so that they don't have to do a HP to approve/deny your CLI request.
Has your score gotten better since 6/25? If so.. try hitting the button again today.. see what the result is. Either way, contact the EO.. They push the request directly to an underwriter, whereas your luv button request was computer determined..
