reopening a closed chase card?

my sister had a hyatt card and closed it around 6 months ago. she didn't know about the 5/24 rule, so she wants this card back lol. is there a way for her to message or call in to get it reinstated?

That card is long gone. She will have to reapply to get it back.

Chase will only reinstate an account if requested within 30 days of closing it. If your sister really want a Hyatt card she will have to reapply for it.
