secured boa with prev bk

has anyone gotten the secured 99/500 with a prev bk? if so how long after your bk was it? i'd love to have it, but don't want to waste an inquiry if not!  thanks!

I filed a chapter 13 in 2005.  It is currently being discharged (Feb for final I believe).  I applied last June and was denied but was offered the fully secured.  When I contacted B of A they told me that any bk goes to fully secured first, not the 99/500.  The csr told me that that offer is reserved for those with "ok" credit etc.  But I got my fully secured in June.  Have PIF every month and am hoping for unsecured and big increase in March or so.

 I also have a chapter 7 in 01 and 2 dismissed bk's in 04 (divorce)

thanks granny what's the difference between fully secured and 99/500 secured? how long do you have to have the fully secured b4 it can become unsecured?

I paid them 300.00 for a cc with a 300.00 limit, fully secured.  The 99/500 is you pay them 99.00 and get 500 in credit available.  They also charged me a 29.00 yearly fee for this card.  From what I have heard here, after 9 months, the card goes to unsecured and they return your deposit.  Most get a cli.

Hold the boat sports fans. If your BK included a BoA card ya ain't gettin' nuthin' from BoA. Not on the short side of 7 years anyway.
