I got my Amex delta skymiles In Nov 07 $3400 cl i owe $730 never PIF.  Today they sent me a letter to upgrade to Platinum.  I have opened 2 account since hooters for $3250 in Dec 07 and BOA line of credit by accident in March of 08 . Should I leave it alone because I don't want to be FR  and is there any benefit to Platinum over the Gold .  And I was wondering does BOA do FR or do they just leave you alone like they should

going to plat at there request just gives you plat beni's... don't think it will do anything towards a fr.

They just want you to upgrade because it's a higher annual fee!

Will I get a hard or soft pull and will they auto CLI because is Platinum
