I have auto loan with wells fargo (14.93 %) . last 3 weeks they call me refinance my loan , I say ok then they full my TU with score 737 . they say at this time we can't lower rate , but we can let you cash out 10k more . ( I owe 15k on my BMW , my car trade in 12k ) I say what's that ? then I say no . I don't want cash . then the guy ask me do you want credit card . I say oh yet , why not ? then 2 day later they call me say : at this time we cant offer you cc . 
I am really mad at them hit me 2 INQ on TU . I applied capitalone auto refinance they give me (8.45%) check on the way .Wells fargo turn me down because too many INQ on my CR .
