the only one i can find is the citi executive AAdvantage but has a high AF. any others??

Amerprise world elite MC $150AF, Saks fifth ave world elite MC $0AF (which might change due to currently underwritten by Cap1) and pretty much any Citi MC is available as a "world elite MC" which they do not list on their web site of available card offerings!

I don't think Citi will issue WEMCs upon application for most of those, other than the AA Executive card. You need to be upgraded, which requires a decent amount of annual spend and/or a very long-term positive relationship with Citi.

https://creditcards.citi.com/credit-cards/citi-platinum-select-aadvantage-world-mastercard/ is a World MasterCard

The ThankYou cards are also World however only if you can find a MasterCard link, 99% of the links are for Visa Signature.
