which cards are giving best rates to 700

I am trying to reduce interest on a few accounts--what score do i need to get a great card to approve a transfer

14 yr history   score 700   revolving 22K

You should be able to get a Chase Slate...easily. Just as long as you don't have super high utilization.

thanks--its about 40%--what is considered too high--i have closed many accounts--dont like all the cards sitting there open--my goal is out of credit debt--
