will Amex give me my Ex with my approval?

I applied for prg and was surprised to be approved with a 642 equifax. Found out that Amex pulls Ex so I got the usaa thing and sure enough they pulled ex. It turns out that 2 of my 3 negatives aren't reporting on ex and I had only one inquiry instead of the 9 on my eq so I'm guessing that my ex might be close to 700. They didn't include my score with the card they expedited me but I was wondering if something comes later or if I could call in and ask for it? Also anyone else pull ex in North Dakota? for a charge card it will not.(no APR on card) of course unless you get denied. It will for a revolver unless you get the best terms offered.

I've heard a few success stories, it really depends on what kind of mood the CSR is in and if they're willing to give the info out.
