you've gotta love the backdoor numbers!

So I recently posted on here that my credit line with Bank of America had been reduced to 9,000 (was 15,000). So I called and the credit analyist told me that he couldnt raise it back that the 9,000 was sufficient for me right now. I was looking at the list of backdoor numbers earlier and decided to give them a call again, I know I was risking it but the lady was very nice, inspected my report, (I have 4 collection accounts for medical bills that totals 597.00) I explained the bills (she told me they didnt really take medical bills into account as much) and told me that she had decided to raise it back to the 15,000, that she didnt see anything to be concerned about!! I'm sooo happy!

Nice move!  Were the medical bills on there before or after you got your BOA card?  How old are they?

The medical bills were on my report 1/1/7 and I got the Bank Of America card in May of 2007 so I guess i'm just pretty lucky!  Again, she said they didnt really pay that much attention to medical bills, if it were credit card collections or something of that nature, thats when they would do something.

I have about 5,000 in debt and the income is around 2,000 a month, sometimes more, sometimes less.
