How is Cap1 ranked 4th? I hear so many complaints about them inside these forums and within my circle of friends.

I think these thing are funny,because there are really only two choices amex and Discover, since they both most of their cards themselves.

Well, I'm not too happy with Amex right now. I applied under the Starwoods promotion and when I met the requirements, they say they do not have record of the promotion and will not give apply the points to my Starwood account. :-(

I hardly use my Amex cards these days. Amex is not even in my top five best CCC's list.
