Re: PC'ing
Very beginning of the year, a relative of mine was able to PC to the plain BofA "Platinum Plus" Mastercard (from the Amtrak Platinum).
They were actually given a few different options, including the Premium Rewards card and the Alaska Airlines.
They obviously took the Platinum Plus "with rewards" (1% cashback). They've since PC'd that again to the Customized Cash Rewards Mastercard.
On the last PC, the rep seemed confused and unable to process it. Yet, after maybe 10 days or so, it was updated to the CCR in the account dashboard and a new card was received.
