Truist name is actually a play off the very old Sun Trust name. Trust Co of Ga.  Trust Co due their connection with Woodruf until 2009 was the largest holder of Coca  Cola stock with 5% ownership costing them and carried on their books for under $250,000    It greatly distorted their balance sheet under GAP lower of cost  or market.  For stress tests they could only count the $250,000 cost lol.

Since I have a relationship with BB&T I just recieved a mailer from them.

It basically said nothing is changing atm and it will take awhile to integrate 

BB&T and Sun Trust operating systems. You can  use each banks ATM 

machines now with no fee charge. For any other information you need it suggests

you go to BB&T.com/Truist You can also call, on a limited time schedule,

800-724-4278  6 a.m. to Midnight. Also to check your app and emails for updates.

The preapproval dried up for me.....I was wondering if it was because of them finalizing.  Do you still have a BA-zillion preapprovals?

Yeah they seem to love giving me credit. Yes I do still have pre approvals on my site,

but I havent accepted any offers in a few weeks. Maybe I will accept another 

on Christmas morning ;-)

They will update their branding and website to Truist I hear. Account and routing numbers should remain the same.
