I'm not sure how closely we're supposed to toe the line with threads in ths section being tied to published articles so as a CYA move I'm adding a link to a WSJ news article from ~15 months ago announcing the migration.  All GAP brands are affected, not just Old Navy.

Yes, Barclays is now in control of all GAP brand cards.

Same here - I got a Barclays card again after being blacklisted like forever but not anymore... lol
