I hope not. Synchrony is better. Synchrony acquired a lot of card portfolio like Citgo, Mattress Firm and the Container Store credit card.

It might be Citi.
Ron.
Possibly since citi has a decent sized presence in retail cards. Could also be BofA since they issue Bass Pro shops cards, and Bass Pro shops has been kicking the tires on buying Cabelas.
If it's Comenity, I will probably shut down the card myself, before they get a chance to do it for me.
I would rather have "closed by consumer" than "closed by creditor" on my report, and I don't trust them AT ALL.
I am HOPING that CITI gets it... AND offers PC to any of their other cards... (I can dream!)
If Citi does buy it, it will most likely be their Retail devision which is a completely different section of Citi vs their branded cards.

I'm going to go ahead and keep dreaming about that hard-pull-free DoubleCash/TYPremier/Prestige card opportunity.
I have a bet to win!
Also, Crap... you are very likely correct.
I like this card. It's got a good limit for me. I'd love it if it went to Synchrony.
Please be citi lol. I burned them on a sears and home depot, would love to be back in.
I thought there was talk of BOA/ bass pro taking over this. I have this card, I used to think comenity ran it until I found out it was WFM credit lol.
Id like Synch to take it over, but i can see comenity all over it.

Why would you ever want to PC a card to the Premier or Prestige? The sign-on bonus is one of the best features. It would be like giving away $500-625. The Double Cash would be great, but as mentioned it would most likely be a different division if it were Citi.
BofA, Citi, US Bank, Barclay's, FNBO & Capital One all come to mind as companies that issue store affinity VS/MC. I hope its not Comenity or Synchrony - nothing against those companies but they have enough store affinity cards to choose from already.
