Dump orange juice and find out
That's pretty cool. WTG Cap One!
I hope that this singular action by a Capitol One agent doesn't persuade anyone to think it makes up for the way Cap One uses and abuses their card holders with usary rates and rude behavior.
THAT would be a big mistake.
Capitol One is what many refer to as a "full service bank" that's publicly owned and as such their customers are there shareholders. Therefore, the reference to "customer service" for the person who has one of their credit cards is a complete misnomer. Again, the only customer they service are their shareholders, and that is why when I hear/read of people referring to customer service I get irritated. People need to understand the roles they play and the meanings of the words they use.
Would I cancel a CC account held with them? Absolutely not, that would only hurt me since I don't owe them anything.
Lastly, all our experiences with Cap One are different and unique and cannot all be positive. I just happen to have a looong memory!!
I have to say that I've never had any issues with Chase Bank or Capital One. I'm a satisfied customer!
Funny but heartwarming story
