Apparently Sync is using VS 4 now but I haven't been paying attention
VS 3 at least got tried by a number of lenders: Chase and Cap 1 for two big names, probably others as it didn't cost them that much to try it out but to my knowledge they all either went back to FICO or went to their own internal lending algorithms for underwriting decisions.
