I've been trying to find a calculator for my specific needs but every one I can find is about payoff amounts and timelines.  I want one that will help me do the math on balance transfers and, given a set of parameters, calculate the better deal.  

I tried the balance transfer calculator on the link you shared but it's wonky.  If you try and put more than 3 digits in the amount field it goes blank.  Boo.
