Goldman Sachs said it's credit division is under investigation by the CFPB. From the article:
While it's not clear what sparked the CFPB investigation, the bureau's database includes hundreds of consumer complaints about Goldman since 2019. Some involve problems receiving a refund or disputing fraudulent charges.
As an owner of a GM card, I can say that the transition has been anything but smooth from Capital One.
I've had to dispute a charge on my Apple Card before. It was not as seamless or easy as say another Big Bank or in my opinion...the king of easy....AMEX...though it did work out and in my favor. I would venture to guess it's been rocky simply because of their relatively new entrance to the Consumer CC market in 2019...
