Kohl’s co-brand pilot in 2023

I just read this article that says CapOne and Kohl's have extended their agreement. It goes on to mention that they plan for a pilot run of having a co-branded card as early as 2023.

That makes the card have more use on it. I'm not a big one on a card I can only use at one store.

I kinda like the sound of a Co-branded Kohl's card. Hmm.

The Kohl's card is a private label credit card issued by Capital One.  It is not presently a co-brand arrangement.

So this would explain my dilemma with Cp1. Have a QS, Sc PLat, Walmart, and Kohls. when I use the Pre qual tool it says I have too many cards. I know the Walmart and the Secured one don't count against the 2 card limit, so guess it is the Kohls counting as the second one.

I called it, a long time ago and had an image for it 😂  I mean, it only took them about ~7 years to finally expand their co-branded partnership!
