Through a series of mistakes by Ford, my auto payment was canceled, and while at first I was notified that no payment was due, errors ended up making it look like my account was delinquent.
Now, I am getting calls at home and work notifying me that my account is delinquent, and they are going to refer me to a collection agency and my credit history and score will suffer. To ice the cake, two late fees were charged against me for $31.87 each
