New credit card scam both slick and audacious

I'm not so sure how slick this scam is, and it ain't new, but the delivery as described seems to have been tweaked a little to "improve performance".

<sarcasm />On the bright side AMEX cardholders, needn't worry about this, Since AMEX kindly places the security code on front of the card.This way Thieves can skim that also and won't  have to inconvenice you with a call.<sarcasm />
