In view of PayPal's horrendous and robotic customer service, I can't imagine anyone wanting it as their bank.
Agreed. The few times I've had to deal with their customer service, they all seemed robotic and read the same script.
Terrible customer service. "Yes, I understand that you have 'insert words here' problem. I can help resolve this for you. They then go on to read more scripting and don't solve your problem. Yep....definitely what I want my next bank to do....
