Any business owners (or past owners) following the Payment Card Interechange Fee Settlement? I believe a ruling is supposed to be made on September 12th. I owned a business for many years and had peak sales between 2003 and '06. Close to $3 million per year and mostly credit card sales. i'm hoping this settlement could be a nice little (big) bonus but I'm not planning anything until I have a check in hand and cashed.
