Re: Public Record Changes in Credit Reports

Look again in 24 to 48 hours.  I have seen lags both on items that removed showing and scores.  Notices hit first sometimes.

I completely agree with you.  Yes it is our own faults for the liens happening in the first place, but I feel that if we pay off our liens they should be removed.  I don't think we should continue to have to be punished, like you said.  Last week mine was removed from EQ, but was still on EX & TU.  I can update credit karma tomorrow to see if there is any change to TU.

Today DH & I both got an email from CCT that my updated Experien score and report were ready for viewing - got the email 1 hour ago.  I have been subscribing to CCT for the past couple months and have never received an email about a change.  So I checked both of our accounts and we both have a score increase of 13 points, but the lien is still showing.  Is there a chance that they CCT report hasn't caught up with the score yet?  We have only been rebuilding for the past two months and we only have one credit card each - and they dont report until the 12th.  I looked at everything and absolutely nothing has changed.  I dont know what else it could be.  I will just have to keep checking on it I guess.

Mine is *still* sitting there on EQ. I'm getting reeeeally tired of seeing 810, 807, 728.

Re: Public Record Changes in Credit Reports

Frustrating... Updated credit karma today with hopes that TU would have removed it since EQ did last week.  They both removed the hubbys 2 weeks ago... and its the same joint lien.... We both had the EX score jump yesterday, but it's still showing on EX... will check again tomorrow since it hasn't been 24 hours... The lien is released and paid... I wish I knew if there was a end date so I know it was safe to file a complaint or at least send the paperwork in proving its paid and released so they will at least remove the amount owed... What a process...

What was the timeframe between the fall off dates of EX/TU and EQ.

Just fell off EQ. Still on the others.

Thats a first. EQ is usually the last one. Im wondering if you should dispute the items with EX/TU.

American Express: Platinum Charge, Optima, Business Gold, Delta Business Reserve, Business Cash, Business Plus
Barclays: Arrival+ WEMC
Capital One: Savor WEMC, Venture X Visa Infinite
Chase: Freedom U Visa Signature, CSR Visa Infinite
Citibank: AAdvantage Platinum WEMC
Elan/US Bank: Fidelity Visa Signature
Credit Union: Cash Back Visa Signature
FICO 08: Score decrease between 26-41 points after auto payoff (11.01.21) FICO as of 5.23, EX: 812 / EQ: 825 / TU: 815

I'm in no rush. If it fell of EQ then I know the info on the liens must have qualified for removal. I'll a month to see if the others fall off. If not, I'll dispute. I'm semi-gardening anyway, meaning I won't be applying unless I get a useful preapproval in the mail or something. My scores are all in the 700s for the first time in decades and should be good enough for CLIs when I need them, so I'll just wait a month.

Re: Public Record Changes in Credit Reports

I'm waiting now for the new TU and EQ scores to post so I can see what effect there has been from the 2011 judgment being deleted.

We are running an out of date kudos thingie on the forums currently; we are getting an update soonish.  Actually the kudos fuction does work, it just doesn't show up unless you refresh the page.  Silliness but oh well, should be fixed with the next update.
