AMEX FICO8 shows a collection that I don't have

So this is weird. I just opened my first AMEX yesterday, and checking the FICO8 score they provide (Experian) it says that the factor affecting my score is "Time since derogatory public record or collection is too short"

Now, I don't have any collection in my report. I used to have one from Tmobile but I managed to do a PFD around 2 years ago, so all my CRs are clean with no marks whatsoever. In fact, I doubt that AMEX will approve me with a collection on my report.

Do anybody knows if AMEX uses a different report or something? I have Trusted ID, Nav and Credit.com monitoring active, which none of them show any kind of collections.
