Account or inquiry that reaches the 12 month mark

Here's my question for the other members. I have two new accounts & two new inquiries that technically go past the 12 month mark tomorrow. So, as far as the credit report part goes, does it no longer count as within the first 12 month period tomorrow or do I have to wait until April 1? My two new accounts and inquiries were pulled and opened on March 22 of 2022.

Why tempt fate over 9 days? Why not just wait until April?
