American Express EQ bureau reporting Glitch

Not sure anybody else has experienced this?,    ..or it's just a heads up if you do.

So I just want to share a little issue. It is on The Schwab Amex Card.

My Other Amex cards updated on 8-2-19. So not sure if the Glitch happened after that? or it is isolated to The Schwab card.

I am guessing it is probably with all cards. from The sound of the rep.

Noticed My Schwab Amex did not update to EQ, but did update to EX & TU 

     ..(no update on EQ since 7-12-19)

So I called the fine people at American Express, Transferred Me to The credit reporting unit. 

..They are aware of the "Glitch" and are working with EQ to get resolved.

Said: will push a Manual update to all (3) Bureau's.

Mine did the same thing and I didn't realize it until I read this. My cycle rolled over a few days ago and I got the "you're balance has descreased" alert from myFICO. I did think it was odd that the balance I paid off 2 months ago month just showed updated today, but didn't put 2 and 2 together. I think it was isolated to the Schwab platinum because all my other amex cards updated like normal last month
