Would anyone know if any individual can be held responsible for any charges (company approved charges) on an Amex Corp Card (Not Open Network) if that particular individual is let go and the company does not pay ?
Second part of this question would be that what if the company files for Chapter 11 and the pending charges are not paid due to the unsecured debt status. Would any of the individuals with their SS numbers with Amex be liable, specially the individual who signed the Original application ?
Would appreciate on any insight on this. Facing this challange right now
