Doesn't Amex still have the "charge cards" that you must pay in full and have no "pre-set spending limits" so they don't have a CL?
(I hated those stupid "no pre-set spending limit" charge cards, and avoided Amex for years because of that. I was an AU on a Corp Charge Card. I wouldn't use for months and then had to take a biz trip & charge $1-2k and would be questioned by Amex for a charge at the most inconvenient times)
