Any advice for recent credit card delenquenies?

I have two credit cards that I had never had a late payment on until this past fall when I changed jobs and became very behind on my bills (60-90 days).  Is there any hope of getting this removed from my credit file?  If so, how do I go about doing that?

You can try GW letters-

In hindsight (for me too) you should have called the creditors and worked something out to avoid the negative reporting.
